At SOSIE, we want you to love every piece you order. If something doesn’t fit, feel, or look right, we’re here to make the return process simple and stress-free. Please read our return policy carefully to understand eligibility, timelines, and steps for sending items back.
1. Eligibility: What Can Be Returned
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
● Returned within 30 days of delivery (we confirm delivery date via your order confirmation email).
● In their original, unused condition—no signs of wear, washing, or damage (e.g., tags still attached, original packaging intact).
● Not part of our “Final Sale” category (marked clearly on product pages; Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded).
Note: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (e.g., bras, underwear) and face masks can only be returned if unopened and in sealed packaging.
2. Refunds: When Will You Get Your Money Back?
● Processing Time: We’ll inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receiving them. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
● Timeline for Refunds: Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account (processing times vary by bank).
● Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (e.g., wrong size/color), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at ShopSosie@outlook.com.
Include:
● Your order number
● Photos of the damaged/incorrect item (and its packaging)
● A brief description of the issue
We’ll send a free replacement (if available) or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees) at no cost to you. We may ask you to return the faulty item, but we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
4. International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States, return eligibility and timelines remain the same (30 days from delivery), but:
● You’re responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment (we cannot refund these fees). Refunds for international orders will exclude original international shipping fees.
